2. DHL/Fedex/Other Express
Express options are faster than post parcel, around 5-10working days to EU and NA, but Express may incur duty fees during customs clearance.
3. Order Progress
When you place order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Each piece of product requires some time for the construction and curing before we can ship. Most orders ship within 1 or 3 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 5 business days.
When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.
Important Note
if you are from USA, we normally ship your order by Fedex/UPS with low value declaration, you’ll have a 98% chance of being exempt from tariffs, if you are from other regions and you want to avoid duty fees, just leave a note:”duty free” at check out page, we would ship it by post parcel(default shipping), it’s slower but safe. if you can handle customs clearance and duty fees yourself, just leave the note: “Express Shipping”
